Shocked You're right! Shocked

But if Herrick was staked, then came back AGAIN... d'you reckon the BBC are covering their bases in case it doesn't work out with the new vamp? I know Aidan Turner is filming other stuff at the moment, but maybe they'll bring him back next series or something... God, I hope so... Just a theory...

Hey all! Just wanted to share this with you; a new(ish) band I've found, who are incredible. Seriously.

This is probably one of their best songs, however my favourite is Worlds In-Between. It's based on the stories by H P Lovecraft; a great man, I'm starting to realise.

Anyway, enjoy!

Thanks, I'm now home from school for today and all next week (maybe longer) because I have 'abnormal liver function' and my 'immune system is very weak'. They think that if I'm around people who are ill and I contract some sort of infection, my body won't be able to fight it off effectively.

Anyhoo, I LOVED those Tumblr pics. Especially the 'Watson returning to military stance to keep from breaking apart' one. Smile

Was wasting time on tumblr when I saw these Sherlock related things (Spoiler for The Reicenbach Falls).

Thing one: Here.

Spoiler:

Thing two: Here

Spoiler:

Forget the phone call, forget the fall, forget John alone at Baker Street.
This is what broke me.
This change in demeanour, the nod of “get yourself into check, soldier on” and the military turn, is John: destroyed.
This is whitewashed John, boring John, bored John…John Before Sherlock.
Except now it’s John After Sherlock, and he knows exactly what (who) he is missing.

Not to mention his limp, his fucking limp
The limp only Sherlock saw through
The limp only Sherlock managed to get rid of
The limp John no longer needed when Sherlock was there
The limp that he takes on once more because his best friend isn’t there anymore
Sherlock kept him steady, and now that he’s gone there isn’t anything left for John to lean on

(TAGGED: #I have said it before and I will say it again #FUCK YOU MARTIN FREEMAN #this moment absolutely KILLED me #the about face #the return of the soldier #Sherlock showed him the warzone in the middle of London #gave him back what he’d been missing #and now Sherlock is gone #and so the patient soldier returns to live out the rest of this horrible excruciating BORING life #because as often as it was Sherlock shouting that he was bored #it was John who was really most affected by it #John who held his gun like it was part of his arm#John who uses his rank to help his flatmate break into high-security government facilities #John who was a doctor (but he had bad days) #and now Sherlock’s gone and so is all of that #and now what is he supposed to do?)

That is all. P.S. I was meant to be doing Geography Homework...why does it have to exist?!?!?!

Spoiler:
Yes! It's not like Moffat to leave loose threads, (I know the episode wasn't written by moffat but since the series was co-created by him, I'm sure he's had a massive influence in the tone and content.) and there were a few left undone.
Molly has to have something to do with it. I still say the Homeless Network was involved with the whole thing. I know it's not exactly a loose thread, but who made that phone call? It was more than likely Sherlock trying to get rid of Watson so he could meet Moriarty alone. After all, he did say "Alone is all I have, alone protects me."

Also, around 5:06 there's a scene between Sherlock and Watson over the suicidal mannequin. He's looking over a case from the 1800s with the Bow street Runners. I wonder if that was some sort of hint at something to come, a nod the the historical basis in this program, a brief joke about the now-a-day police force also being inept, or just an excuse to say "They're [the cases] all pressing until they're solved."

Ooh, I do miss over analysing and theorising, I haven't done nearly enough of it recently! Razz

Also, just as a little tidbit, Being Human (USA) Season 2 is airing tonight. If anyone is interested in watching the series, I can provide links. Smile

(But I also understand if you want to throw eggs at it and call it nasty names for not being written by Lord Toby. Razz)

My ideas in spoiler.
Spoiler:
Something to do with Molly. She helped fake his death, find a corpse that looked like him or something. Then, as Watson was knocked down (probably somewhat pre-arranged by homeless network) he would've been woozy and vision blurred.

What do you think?

Oh my God, it was so perfect and brilliant. I so want to read the books now, even though the ending was kind of spoiled for me because it was similar to how Sherlock Holmes: A game of shadows, ended (which I went to see before christmas)

Spoiler:
Definately, Molly had something to do with it. Was it just me or was there really strong sexual tension/attraction between them near the end? lol It was probably just me. I thought that earlier on in the programme when she said about him being sad, she was right on the money, but you could see it in his eyes that he was a bit taken aback. She may not be as impossibly intelligent as him, but she is one smart cookie. I think that turns him on. Razz

Brilliant acting.

my mum said she thought Sherlock put his coat on moriarty and threw him off the building, and like you said because Watson was concussed/in shock from sherlock committing suicide/being knocked over he thought it was Sherlock. The viewer saw it through his eyes and therefore thought it was sherlock too? Maybe the person on the bike was molly/someone she knows? Maybe Molly threw Moriarty out of the window whilst sherlock landed on something squishy. Your mannequin idea is good Very Happy

I loved it so much, I can't wait for the next series if they do one!

On another note, i'm going backpacking through China and Mongolia next summer. rabbit
Can't wait until Being human. WOOOO. bounce

Probably old news but oh well...

So the new series line up is Hal, Annie and Tom.
In the spoiler: Hal's prequel on youtube for anyone else who can't watch it on the blog.
Spoiler:

Also, thoughts on Sherlock?
My ideas in spoiler.
Spoiler:
Something to do with Molly. She helped fake his death, find a corpse that looked like him or something. Then, as Watson was knocked down (probably somewhat pre-arranged by homeless network) he would've been woozy and vision blurred.

What do you think?

Rewatching some BcH and I just realised that Mr Swann is Renfield from Young Dracula. Am I just really slow? Did anyone else realise that?
I saw him in New Tricks the other day as well. I think it must be the hair that threw me. He looks completely different.

Anywho, just wanted to share that. How is everyone?
